No, you don’t! Loan applications with SAFC are completely free. Application forms are not for sale, and our Loan Advisors do not charge any fees for assisting you.

Once your loan is approved, a member of our SAFC team will call you directly. They’ll walk you through the next steps and how to claim your loan proceeds.

How do I pay my monthly dues?

When can I get my OR/CR or land title back?
Once your loan is fully paid, including any penalties or remaining charges, you can request the release of your OR/CR or land title. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process to make it quick and easy.
Yes, you can. As long as you’ve already paid at least 50% of your original loan, you can apply for renewal.
