Borrower’s Basic Qualifications
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- 21 – 65 years old
- Open to both new and renewal accounts
- Business permit must be under a woman’s name
- Male borrowers must apply with a female co-borrower connected to the business
- Borrower or co-borrower must be involved in a business (MSME)
Primary Documents (Required)
- Latest OR/CR of the vehicle
- Documented Proof of Income
- Valid government-issued ID (with signature and photo)
- Barangay Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit
- Proof of business activity (photos, receipts, etc.)
- Latest Proof of Billing (under borrower or household)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
Additional Documents (Proof of Income)
For Locally Employed Individuals:
- Latest Certificate of Employment (COE)
- Company ID
- Three (3) Latest Payslips or Payroll ATM (Bank Statement)
For Self-Employed Individuals:
- Latest Business Permit
- DTI/SEC Registration
- Three (3) Months Latest Bank Statement
For Employed Overseas (OFWs) / Receiving Remittances:
- Contract of Employment
- Proof of Remittance or Allotment
- VISA or E-Receipt (For OFWs)
- Seaman’s Book (For Seamen)
