Pay: ₱20,000.00 – ₱25,000.00 per month
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To supervise and coordinate the activities of the Sales Intelligence Analyst and Sales Transformation Specialist, ensuring their efforts align with strategic sales objectives and organizational goals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of sales data analysis and process improvement projects.
- Ensure that all initiatives support sales growth and organizational efficiency.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the team members.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of projects and strategies with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor progress of initiatives, evaluate results, and report outcomes to senior management.
- Foster collaboration between the analytics, sales, and management teams to maximize effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies during analysis and project execution.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales operations, project management, or data analysis.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
- Effective communicator with superior problem-solving skills.
