JOB SALARY: Php25,000.00 – Php35,000.00
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Evaluate training needs and identify gaps in sales performance to develop targeted training strategies
- Overall responsible in the design of the company’s new hire training program for sales personnel
- Develop training materials including presentations, handouts and online resources to support the training program/s
- Collaborate with sales manages and leaders to establish training goals and strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives
- Deliver training programs for new and current sales representatives through a variety of channels and methods such as virtual, classroom, on-the-job and coaching sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Liaise with external training providers as needed
- Maintain updated records of training material and database
QUALIFICATION:
- With at least 2 years solid experience in sales training (preferably in financing industry)
- Knowledgeable in module design, training facilitation, training needs analysis, use of CANVA, PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
