Sales Enablement Officer

Pay: ₱20,000.00 – ₱25,000.00 per month

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To lead and supervise the sales enablement team in developing and implementing effective training programs that improve sales team skills and performance. The officer will collaborate closely with the HR Training and Development Department to create standardized and impactful sales training materials and initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and guide the Sales Enablement Specialist and enablement activities to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Develop strategic enablement plans based on sales team needs and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the HR Training and Development Department to co-create, review, and approve sales training materials, ensuring content relevance and quality.
  • Oversee the scheduling and deployment of enablement programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skills gaps and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement activities, making adjustments to optimize impact.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and results of enablement efforts.
  • Stay informed of best practices in sales enablement and training to continuously enhance program effectiveness.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training program management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, especially with HR or Training departments.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating program outcomes.
  • Proficiency in training delivery tools and performance measurement systems.
