JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration/management, or project management.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in banking, finance
- With extensive experience in processing “SANGLA TITULO”
- Has experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Must be a strategist, assertive, innovative, persuasive, and analytical
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements
