- Manages and oversees the unit and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Responsible for attaining the unit’s monthly target set by the Management
- Plans, creates and implements systems and processes of products
- Conducts process analysis and problem resolution for the products
- Develops marketing plans and projects, promotions and marketing aids
- Designs market research projects to assess current product range
- Analyzes market conditions and evaluates market trends and competitions to determine what product
enhancements should be made
- Reviews product data to ensure that the unit is kept up to date on new developments regarding competitors and
companies products
- Provides the unit with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to market the product
- Monitors daily production and loan releases of the unit
- Reviews and recommends new policies related to marketing and amends existing ones as necessary
- Maintains business partnership between the company and its clients
- Spearheads and delivers marketing saturation drives
- Reports regularly and timely the performance of the unit to the immediate superior
- Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied
- Handles clients complaints or concerns escalated by the staff
- Represents the department during Management Committee meetings and other internal / external meetings
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time
₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
