Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees the department and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Creates continuously new product ideas that will fit with the company’s business model.
- Conducts process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
- Analyzes market conditions and evaluates market trends and competitions to determine what product enhancements should be made.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably with degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related course.
- With relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably in vehicle sales and financing industry)
- With at least a year of experience in sales
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
