Job Summary
The Offline Marketing Supervisor will lead and oversee SAFC’s offline marketing initiatives nationwide, ensuring that campaigns are locally relevant while aligned with the company’s brand and communications strategy. This role combines strategic planning, campaign management, regional activations, and team leadership. The Supervisor will manage the execution of OOH (out-of-home) campaigns, grassroots events, and community engagements while guiding the Offline Marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance SAFC’s presence and reputation across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
• Supervise, mentor, and coach Offline Marketing Associates to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and activations.
• Allocate tasks, review outputs, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Foster collaboration within the Strategic Communications team and with branch-level stakeholders.
Strategy Development & Campaign Oversight
• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies that reflect regional culture and consumer behavior.
• Ensure campaign designs and messages are community-focused, culturally sensitive, and aligned with SAFC’s overall objectives.
• Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of OOH media such as billboards, transit ads, posters, and local sponsorships.
Regional Activations & Community Engagement
• Conceptualize and oversee on-ground activations such as branch-led events, community fairs, fiestas, financial literacy caravans, and trade shows.
Partner with local government units (LGUs), community leaders, and event organizers to expand SAFC’s visibility and trust.
• Ensure brand presence in regional celebrations and sponsorships that resonate with local communities.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Oversee the tracking and evaluation of OOH campaigns and regional activations, using data-driven insights to improve reach and ROI.
• Consolidate reports from associates, analyze campaign outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all regional executions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Branch Support
• Collaborate with branch managers and local teams to identify opportunities for community-based marketing.
• Act as the primary liaison for offline initiatives between corporate HQ and branches.
• Manage relationships with vendors, event organizers, and media partners to ensure cost-efficient and effective campaign delivery.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on trends in OOH, regional events marketing, and grassroots activations.
• Propose innovative concepts for community engagement and offline visibility.
• Ensure campaigns are compliant with SAFC’s standards, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in offline marketing, OOH advertising, or regional marketing.
• Strong background in community activations, events management, or grassroots marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing offline campaigns across multiple markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign evaluation and performance tracking.
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
