Offline Marketing Associate

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Php16,000.00 – Php18,000.00

Job Summary:
The Offline Marketing Associate plays a key role in strengthening SAFC’s visibility and engagement across the regions. This position supports the execution of out-of-home (OOH) advertising, regional activations, and branch marketing requests, ensuring that the company’s brand presence is consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with its mission of making financing accessible and meaningful for Filipinos.

The role requires a highly organized and creative individual who understands the dynamics of regional marketing, community engagement,
and the importance of on-ground visibility in driving trust and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offline Marketing Campaign Execution
    Implement approved OOH campaigns such as lamp posts, billboards, posters, streamers, and other offline advertising materials
    nationwide.
    Coordinate with vendors and agencies for the production, installation, and maintenance of materials.
    Identify strategic placement locations to maximize audience visibility and branch-level impact.
  2. Regional Activations & Community Engagement
    Support on-ground activations such as fiestas, trade fairs, branch openings, and local community events that enhance brand awareness.
    Coordinate with local government units (LGUs), event organizers, and community leaders for partnership opportunities.
    Ensure that all activations reflect SAFC’s brand identity, tone, and corporate values.
  3. Branch Marketing Support & Collateral Requests
    Manage and process regional branch requests for marketing materials and collaterals, including posters, tarpaulins, flyers, and branch
    visibility items.
    Maintain a central database or tracker to monitor request status (e.g., Incomplete Details, In Progress, For Approval, Completed).
    Collaborate with branches to validate details, ensure timely delivery, and maintain consistency with approved branding guidelines.
    Coordinate with suppliers and printers to meet production timelines and quality standards.
  4. Coordination & Collaboration
    Work closely with branch managers, the Corporate Communications Unit, and Digital Marketing Unit to align messages and ensure
    brand consistency.
    Provide administrative and logistical support to the Offline Marketing Supervisor and Strategic Communications Head.
    Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of branch visibility and community connection.
  5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
    Monitor and document campaign and activation performance through reports and visual documentation.
    Submit post-activity evaluations highlighting learnings, community feedback, and recommendations.
    Track OOH placements and ensure materials are updated and well-maintained across all regions.

Qualifications & Skills:


· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
· Preferably with experience in offline marketing, event coordination, or branch marketing support.
· Strong understanding of regional markets, community culture, and local consumer behavior.
· Excellent organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tracking
