Job description:
- Reviews loan applications and ensures completeness and accuracy of submitted requirements
- Monitors the status and progress of loan applications from receipt to approval/release
- Handles client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
- Ensures timely processing and proper documentation of all loan applications
- Maintains confidentiality of client and application information
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year degree course
- Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented, organized, proactive, and persuasive
- Computer proficient (MS Office and basic systems)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- No prior work experience required
Salary Budget: 15,000-16,000
