Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews loan application and completeness of the documents submitted by the client
- Monitors the status of the loan applications and documents
- Handles customer/clients inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented, organized, persuasive, and proactive
- Computer proficient
- No work-related experience is required for this position
Salary Range: 11,000-12,000
