The Management Trainee is responsible in managing the daily operations of the branch and cater needs of our customer, loan consultants & borrower.

– Graduate of any four-year business course

– With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations

– Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage

– Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience

– Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal

-A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical

-Customer-service oriented

-Has the ability to handle challenging situations

-Willing for branch re-assignment
