Loan Processor/Treasury Assistant (Santiago, Isabela)

Salary Range: P11,000-P12,000

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Performs administrative functions such as facilitating the release of loan check and ensuring compliance of the borrower to loan documents / requirements. Performs various treasury functions in the branch.

Loan Processor

  • Informs clients regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds, and documentation requirements prior to loan release
  • Ensures borrowers, co-borrowers, and co-makers comply with all required documents before loan proceeds are released
  • Checks the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all submitted documents
  • Facilitates the signing of legal documents such as Promissory Note (PN), Disclosure Statement (DS), Chattel Mortgage (CHM), Dacion en Pago, Voluntary Surrender (for collateral), and Deed of Assignment, as applicable
  • Assists borrowers in opening a Current Account
  • Conducts bank checking/verification for issued checks

Treasury Assistant

  • Receives remittances such as cash, checks, and direct deposits from collection personnel and borrowers
  • Issues provisional receipts to collection personnel
  • Monitors and tracks provisional receipts and maintains transmittal of PR booklets
  • Deposits client remittances and payments to the bank
  • Transmits vouchers of released checks or post-dated checks to Head Office
  • Posts remittances and restructured accounts in the system

Job Specifications

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and integrity
  • Computer-literate
  • Willing to undergo training in Pasig City (Ortigas) for 2–3 weeks
