Loan Check Preparation Assistant (Pasig City, Ortigas)

Job Description:

  • Prepares and monitors checks for administrative such as:
  • Check disbursement for loans
  • Journal Voucher for adjustment entries
  • Cancelled checks and replacements
  • Reviews the supporting documents of check requests and borrower’s data.
  • Facilitates cancellation of checks such as stale checks, and checks with erroneous detail (name/date/amount).
  • Maintains systematic filing of transactions and ensures easy retrieval when needed.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of BS Finance/Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged.
  • Has good knowledge of finance or general accounting practices.
  • Has a good administrative skill in order to make proper documentation and filing works.
  • Has good attention to details, strong analytical skills and should be able to play with numerical figures.
  • Computer-proficient

Salary Bracket: 15,000-16,000
