HR Specialist – Training

The HR Specialist for Training is responsible in delivering and monitoring training programs (soft skills and leadership) and other learning and development initiatives.

– Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

– At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field

– Required Skill(s): Presentation/Facilitation Skills, Communication Skills (both written and oral), Analytical Skills, Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Skills

– Has the ability to inspire, develop and train others

– Has knowledge on instructional methodologies, various training delivery methods/platforms, and creation of visually engaging training materials and reports

– Can handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

– Creative, organized, proactive

– Willing to travel for work purposes
