Salary Range: P11,000-P12,000
Job description:
- Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
- Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information.
- Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including taking photo documentation.
- Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.
- Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence.
- Confirm employment details, banking information, trade references, agency records, and character references.
- Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.
Qualifications
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
- Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in using computer applications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
