Job Summary: Responsible for growing and managing SAFC’s partner network to drive loan volume and revenue. The role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, and business growth through strategic partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new business and referral partners
- Grow and manage SAFC’s partner network to drive loan production
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and address performance or operational concerns
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company targets
- Drive sales performance through partner productivity, incentives, and promotions
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and enablement
Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- At least three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in financial services is an advantage
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner networks
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed
Salary Range: Php 60,000- Php 70,000
