Human Resource Business Partner

Salary Range: Php 20,000.00 – Php 25,000.00

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To provide strategic and responsive HR support to business units and branches across North Luzon by partnering with leaders on manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention, while ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Partnering & HR Advisory

  • Partner with branch and business unit leaders on people-related matters and workforce requirements.
  • Provide HR guidance on employee concerns, attendance, and workplace policies.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and HR check-ins to identify and address people-related concerns.
  • Align HR initiatives with business goals and operational requirements.

2. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  • Work with business leaders to identify current and future manpower requirements. Support recruitment and staffing of critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Monitor manpower levels, vacancies, turnover, and recruitment progress across assigned branches.
  • Develop local recruitment initiatives and talent pipelines.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement employee engagement and retention programs across assigned branches.
  • Monitor turnover trends and identify root causes of attrition.
  • Conduct employee and retention interviews where appropriate.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention.

6. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across assigned branches.
  • Promote compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
  • Conduct HR compliance checks during branch visits and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support HR audits and compliance initiatives. 7. HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, vacancies, and recruitment status.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and recommend appropriate HR interventions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist
  • Experience supporting multiple branches, field operations, or geographically dispersed teams is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North Luzon.
  • Willing to be based in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.
