JOB OBJECTIVE: To support the Talent Development Head in executing learning strategies by supervising the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that develop sales and leadership competencies aligned with organizational goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the assessment of training needs and identify performance gaps within the sales team and leadership team to develop comprehensive and targeted sales and leadership training strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end design and development of the company’s new hire and ongoing training programs for all sales personnel and leadership team.
- Collaborate strategically with sales managers and leaders to define training goals and initiatives that directly support company objectives, sales targets and leadership development.
- Deliver and facilitate advanced training programs for new and existing sales representatives, utilizing a diverse range of channels such as virtual classrooms, in-person sessions, practical on-the-job training, and personalized coaching.
- Establish and implement metrics in coordination with the sales support group to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all sales and leadership programs.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers or team members for sales and leadership training, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in sales methodologies, adult learning principles, training technologies, and leadership development frameworks to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Provide significant support in developing the annual organizational training plan, contributing strategic insights, and actively leading the reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of these plans.
Job Specifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
- At least 5-7 years of progressive work experience in training and development, with a significant portion dedicated to sales training and demonstrated experience in sales and leadership development.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a training function is highly preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge in instructional design, module development, training facilitation, and comprehensive training needs analysis for both sales and leadership content.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proficiency in using Canva, PowerPoint, and other advanced presentation and e-learning authoring tools.
- Must be a strategic, creative, and analytical thinker, highly detail-oriented, and consistently results-driven
- Possesses superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
Salary Budget: 35,000 to 45,000
