Salary Range: Php 35,000.00 – Php 40,000.00
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while delivering insightful performance analysis across branches to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparation and analyzing branch financial statements.
- Report branch financial Statements during monthly/quarterly Mancom meeting.
- Assist branch managers in interpreting financial statements and ratios to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.
- Allocate shared expenses and tax provisions to respective branches according to established allocation basis.
- Update branch-level managers tool monthly.
- Provide support to General Managers for additional requests and assignments, including break-even analysis and
- Monitor profitability, cost management. and financial ratios across branches and transactions with affiliates
- Maintain and enhance financial models, budgeting tools, and reporting templates
- Conduct break-even analysis and contribute to dedsion-making for business initiatives
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accounting/Accountancy or its equivalent CPA required
- Prior experience in consumer/commercial lending, fintech lending, banking, or leasing companies
- From Big 4 accounting fims who spedalized in the Financial Services (FS) audit practice
- Analytical and well adept in using Microsoft Office (excel. word, ppt, etc.)
- With experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
