JOB SALARY: Php18,000.00 – Php22,000.00
JOB OBJECTIVE: To manage employee relations and engagement programs that promote a positive workplace culture, resolve employee concerns, and enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity. Ensure alignment of engagement strategies with company goals and compliance with labor laws and policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepares and drafts the necessary documents required for conducting administrative investigations of allegedly erring employees, ensuring fair and proper handling of administrative and disciplinary cases.
· Investigates, evaluates, and provides recommendations concerning complaints, audit reports, and incident reports endorsed to the Human Resources Department.
· Endorses the evaluation of administrative/disciplinary cases to the Immediate Superior.
· Schedules or coordinates the details of administrative hearings or other meetings with all concerned parties.
· Facilitates administrative hearings when necessary.
· Prepares monthly reports on administrative and disciplinary cases.
· Tracks the status of disciplinary/administrative cases and labor cases in coordination with the Legal Department.
· Assists in consolidating documents necessary for compliance with the DOLE.
· Liaises with government/labor agencies and ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements.
· Facilitates Code of Conduct/Policies orientation sessions.
· Recommends employee programs/activities.
· Assists in the planning and implementation of company events/activities/programs.
· Disseminates memoranda, notices, policies, and circulars in a timely manner.
· Maintains systematic, accurate, and complete records/files, ensuring confidentiality of information.
· Performs other related functions as assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
· With at least one (1) year work experience in HR Employee/Labor Relations and Engagement
· Has knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws
· With good communication skills (both written and oral), facilitation and presentation skills
· Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Can relate well with different kinds of people and with good attention to details
· Computer proficient
· Analytical, organized, proactive, diplomatic, patient and customer service-oriented
