SALARY RANGE – Php 20,000.00 – Php 25,000.00
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide product recommendations.
· Request for the appraisal reports of Mortgage property.
· Explain REM products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility requirements.
· Collect and verify financial documents (income, credit history, assets, and liabilities).
· Evaluate loan applications and submit them for approval in line with company policies.
· Maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners to generate leads.
· Guide clients through the loan process, from application to closing.
· Ensure compliance with banking regulations and lending standards.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/loan origination targets.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related field (preferred) or Undergraduate.
· At least 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Loan origination, financial services.
· Experience in sales, client relationship management, or real estate transactions is desirable
· Strong understanding of Real Estate products, loans process, and documentation.
· Knowledge of Financing regulations and credit analysis with Strong sales and negotiation abilities to promote Real Estate products
· Familiarity with real estate market trends, property valuation, and documentation requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and real estate agents
· High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism also Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to meet sales/loan targets.
· Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills, and Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
· Willing to train in Head Office (Ortigas, Pasig) for two to three weeks
(Free accommodation, with training allowance, transportation reimbursement (one way)
· Willing to do fieldworks
· Can start ASAP
