Corporate Communications is seeking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Deputy Corporate Communications Group Head. In this role, she will work closely with the Head of Corporate Communications Group Head and Chairman for Sustainability Charter to drive strategic communication initiatives that enhance our corporate image and reputation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Social Media, and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication Planning:
- Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Communications Group to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee internal and external communication activities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
- Media Relations & Media Engagement:
- Manage media relations, handling press inquiries, and engaging with journalists to convey our key messages effectively.
- Craft press releases, corporate announcements, and other communication materials to maintain a positive public image.
- Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets to amplify key messages, sustainability efforts, and CSR activities.
- Utilize various media channels to disseminate information effectively and enhance stakeholder awareness.
- Influencer Relations for Social Media Brand Promotion:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s presence on social media platforms.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with the company’s values and objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes the company’s product, corporate image, sustainability efforts, and CSR initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Annual and Sustainability Reporting:
- Assist in crafting annual and sustainability reports, showcasing the company’s financial performance and commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
- Sustainability Initiatives:
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, aligning with the organization’s goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations.
- CSR Partnerships:
- Contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, fostering partnerships with external entities, local government units, and community stakeholders.
- Actively participate in community development projects and initiatives that align with the organization’s CSR goals.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Corporate Communications team, working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Assist in cultivating relationships with external partners, industry associations, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that support sustainability goals and corporate communication objectives.
- Crisis Management:
- Work with the Head of Corporate Communications Group to develop and maintain crisis communication plans, ensuring a transparent and effective response during unforeseen events.
- Lead communication efforts during crises, emphasizing trust and transparency with stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies and sustainability initiatives, utilizing data and analytics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all communications adhere to relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Champion a culture of integrity and responsibility within the Corporate Communications Group and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, sustainability, and team management.
- Strong understanding of media relations, crisis management, and CSR practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in influencer relations and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with industry trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to leverage influencer partnerships for effective brand promotion.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of influencer campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
