Job Summary

  • Research for the strategic office location to support business expansion plan.
  • Creates reports and proposals regarding the shortlisted office location.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with lessor/owner.
  • Works within the budget plan.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and materials.
  • Track spending and budget for supplies and materials.

Job Qualifications

  • Must know how to drive 4-wheels (both manual and automatic).
  • Must possess driver’s license.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
