HR Specialist – Recruitment

The HR Specialist for Recruitment is responsible in the end-to-end recruitment functions including sourcing to onboarding and ensure job vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the standard recruitment period.

– Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.

– With at least three (3) years work experience in recruitment

– Work experience in other facets of HR will be an advantage.

– With good negotiation skills, interviewing skills, & communication skills.

– Can make independent decisions with the scope of assigned function.

– Can relate well with different kinds of people and has keen eyes for details.

– Highly organized, proactive, analytical, customer service-oriented
