HR Specialist – Employee Relations

The HR Specialist for Employee Relations and Engagement is responsible in spearheading employee engagement events and activities, and handles employee concerns.

– Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communication or other related courses

– With at least three (3) years of work experience in Employee Relations and Engagement

– With excellent communication skills.

– Can make independent decisions within the scope of assigned function.

– Can relate well with different kinds of people and has a keen eye for details.

– Highly organized, proactive, analytical, customer service-oriented
