Digital Innovation Associate – SEO Assistant

The Digital and Process Innovation Department is looking for a proactive and skilled Digital Innovation Associate to join our team. This role focuses on driving our SEO content and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills and a strong background or knowledge and skills in SEO techniques, digital marketing, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Content Creation

    • Develop, implement, and refine advanced SEO strategies to maximize online visibility and search engine rankings.
    • Perform comprehensive keyword research, content optimization, and engage in strategic backlink building.
    • Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Content Optimization
    • Continuously update and optimize existing content to maintain competitiveness in search engine results.
    • Use SEO tools and analytics to identify content improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and aligns with brand voice and strategy.
  3. Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO content and backlink strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to the Head of Digital Process Innovation and COO, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.
    • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies.
  4. Collaborative Departmental Engagement
    • Actively engage with multiple departments, including IT, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, to ensure digital projects align with broader organizational goals.
    • Serve as the digital liaison for content management, guaranteeing timely updates that reflect our brand’s voice and strategy.
  5. Professional Development and Industry Leadership
    • Commit to ongoing learning and professional growth in the fields of SEO and digital marketing, maintaining our position as industry leaders in digital innovation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or knowledge and skills in SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
