Customer Care Representative

SALARY RANGE: Phop 16,000.00 – Php 17,000.00

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for answering customer questions, taking care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deals directly with internal and external customers by phone, electronically or face-to-face.
  • Responds promptly to incoming customers inquiries.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints in a professional manner and within quality standards.
  • Communicates and coordinates with internal departments concerned regarding the inquiries and concerns of customers.
  • Keeps and maintains records of customer inquiries, comments, complaints, conversations, transactions and actions taken.
  • Keeps Management informed of customers’ issues, concerns and complaints.
  • Informs clients/customers about the payment process and their payment balance.
  • Prepares and submits weekly report of total calls made to clients/customers.
  • Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year Business Course
  • With at least six (6) months customer service experience
  • Must have knowledge on customer service principles and practices
  • Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients
  • With exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details and accuracy
  • Computer proficient especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
