SALARY RANGE: Phop 16,000.00 – Php 17,000.00
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for answering customer questions, taking care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deals directly with internal and external customers by phone, electronically or face-to-face.
- Responds promptly to incoming customers inquiries.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints in a professional manner and within quality standards.
- Communicates and coordinates with internal departments concerned regarding the inquiries and concerns of customers.
- Keeps and maintains records of customer inquiries, comments, complaints, conversations, transactions and actions taken.
- Keeps Management informed of customers’ issues, concerns and complaints.
- Informs clients/customers about the payment process and their payment balance.
- Prepares and submits weekly report of total calls made to clients/customers.
- Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year Business Course
- With at least six (6) months customer service experience
- Must have knowledge on customer service principles and practices
- Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients
- With exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Computer proficient especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
