Creative Specialist for Corporate Communications

Job Description:

  1. Create materials for Corporate Communications, including presentations for higher management such as the President, SEVP, and Chiefs.
  2. Develop collaterals for Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  3. Report to the Creatives Supervisor and collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Develop relevant and captivating creative content for social media.
  5. Create and manage the monthly social media calendars per campaign, per platform.
  6. Manage social content scheduling and ensure posting schedules are met.
  7. Assist in developing the captions and other necessary copy requirements for social media posts.
  8. Ensure that content created fits the brand’s tone and voice and follows communications guidelines.
  9. Provide information on trends and other digital executions that can be used for social media campaigns.
  10. Assist the Public Relations Team in creating press kits and in monitoring daily news and trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Female
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics / Multimedia, Technical Degree equivalent, or 1 to 3 years relevant work experience.
  3. Experience in managing SEO and digital media platforms.
  4. Proficient in Adobe Applications (Photoshop, AfterEffects, inDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and Canva.
  5. Experience in Video Editing (Company/Product AVPs, Commercials, etc.), Animation is a plus.
  6. Advanced photography and videography abilities.
  7. Strong project management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Skilled at problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  10. With good interpersonal relationships, the ability to make decisions autonomously based on specific rules and norms.
