The Branch Manager is responsible in overseeing business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch.

– Graduate of any four-year business related course

– With at least three (3) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations

– Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage

– Must have at least one (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience

– Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal

– A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical

– Customer-service oriented

– Has the ability to handle challenging situations
